Marketing Alliance Group is looking for a Human Resources Generalist - someone who can balance empathy, compliance, and the occasional âplease donât do that againâ conversation with grace.

đ§° What Youâll Do
- Handle daily HR tasks across compensation, benefits, leave, safety, and training
- Be the go-to HR person for your assigned group (yes, youâll hear everything)
- Track FMLA and leave requests like the organized legend you are
- Assist with investigations and disciplinary actions â no detective hat required, but optional
- Manage onboarding offboarding (welcome in, gently escort out)
- Keep employee records sharp enough to impress the Department of Labor
- Coordinate engagement events that people actually enjoy
- Make sure the workplace stays safe, compliant, and mostly sane
đ Who Weâre Looking For
- 2â3 years of HR experience (manufacturing/industrial bonus points)
- Someone who knows employment law and can explain it without scaring people
- Organized, empathetic, and low-drama
- Can juggle multiple priorities without crying (or cry efficiently)
- Strong communication skills â both in writing and âplease donât do that againâ conversations
- Bilingual = big advantage
- Pro at Microsoft Office, HR systems, and navigating unpredictable humans
