What will your day look like? As a Technology Solutions Analyst, you will:
Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements
Capture, document, and evaluate functional and operational needs
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for IT teams
Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization
Support the design, testing, and deployment of technology solutions
Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations
Create detailed documentation including requirement briefs, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams
Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making and project outcomes
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives
Track project milestones and communicate progress updates to stakeholders
You will be a good fit for the Technology Solutions Analyst role if you have:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of experience in a business analysis, technology analyst, or similar role
Experience working with ERP systems (Business Central preferred)
Proficiency with SQL and business analysis tools
Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Solid understanding of process analysis and workflow optimization
Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements
Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools
Experience driving organizational change and process improvements
