What will your day look like? As a Junior Data Scientist you will:
Develop and deploy embedded computer vision algorithms using deep learning and classical techniques
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code for computer vision applications
Support optimization and deployment of models on embedded systems and NVIDIA GPUs for real-time inference
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, clinical experts, and business stakeholders
Assist in improving model performance, reliability, and efficiency
Contribute to the development lifecycle from experimentation through deployment
Follow software engineering best practices in a production-oriented environment
You will be a good fit for this Junior Data Scientist role if you have:
Bachelor s, Master s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
0 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or computer vision
Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with PyTorch and numerical libraries (e.g., NumPy)
Exposure to computer vision concepts and model development
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Nice to have:
Familiarity with microscopy, digital cytology, or digital pathology imaging
Experience with Databricks
Exposure to AWS services for data processing, storage, and deployment
