We’re looking for a highly organized Project Manager & Quality Assurance Analyst to support data onboarding, integration, and validation efforts across healthcare systems. What will your day look like?
- Manage onboarding and implementation of healthcare data exchange interfaces
- Lead project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, and delivery
- Conduct and oversee data QA, validation, and testing efforts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Facilitate client and internal stakeholder meetings across multiple concurrent projects
- Act as a primary point of contact for onboarding, QA, and data-related inquiries
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, documentation, and workflows
- Monitor project scope, timelines, SLAs, and deliverables
You will be a good fit if you:
- 5 years of experience in project management and/or QA within healthcare IT, data onboarding, or data integration environments
- Strong experience with HL7 interfaces (ADT, ORU, VXU) and healthcare data exchange
- Experience with data validation, QA processes, and end-to-end testing (UAT, data integrity, etc.)
- Have experience working with healthcare data systems, EMRs, or HIE platforms
- Are comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Have a strong eye for data quality, trends, and anomalies
- Can balance technical understanding with client communication
- Thrive in a process-driven, detail-oriented environment
- Are proactive, organized, and able to drive projects forward independently
Nice to Have Skillsets:
- Knowledge of FHIR standards
- Experience with SQL / MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with connectivity protocols (VPN, SFTP, mTLS, web services)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
- Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master
