We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to join a high-technology team supporting advanced operational systems. This role focuses on IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and team leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance IT operations. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage servers, networks, applications, and ERP systems, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic IT initiatives.

What will your day look like? As an IT Infrastructure Manager you will:
Define, plan, execute, and maintain IT infrastructure and technological systems to meet organizational needs
Lead the local IT team, including Help Desk and Systems Administration staff, defining priorities and objectives, evaluating performance, and managing skill development
Serve as the interface with corporate IT teams to implement IT policies, architecture, security, and disaster recovery plans
Administer and maintain network architecture, including servers, routing, switching, proxies, and security systems
Manage ERP and operational applications and support digital transformation initiatives
Monitor architecture performance through dashboards, recommending improvements, upgrades, and optimizations
Ensure system security and compliance with internal and global IT standards
Oversee data management, backups, and archival of critical systems
Lead IT process improvements and technological projects in collaboration with central IT teams
Prepare financial budgets and proposals for IT initiatives
Develop system operating procedures, identify problems, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operations
Collaborate across teams to ensure IT systems meet strict uptime and security requirements
You will be a good fit for this IT Infrastructure Manager role if you have:
- Worked in an Microsoft Environment
- BS in Information Systems or related field
- 5 10 years of experience in network, system and ERP administration
- Understanding of relational databases, systems architecture, and application lifecycle management
- Experience developing specifications and supervising equipment/system installations
