What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential CILA House Manager position at Marion County Horizon Center?
Marion County Horizon Center strongly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. At the present time, we are looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of a Full-Time Residential House Manager for our CILA home in Carlyle, IL.
The right candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent lives in the community. The Residential House Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the CILA Home's, including supervising Direct Support Professional staff. The Residential House Manager will be responsible for all medical appointments for the individuals residing in the CILA. The Residential House Manager will have to be on call for the CILA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum one year experience working with developmentally disabled adults, as well as one year supervisory experience, although not required.
