Marion County Horizon Center is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) homes in Rantoul, IL.
This is not your typical “clock in, clock out” job. As a DSP, you will spend your time helping individuals with developmental disabilities live active, independent, and meaningful lives in their community.
One day might include helping someone cook a meal at home. Another might involve going out for shopping, attending local events, or participating in recreational activities like bowling or fishing. Every day is different, and the work you do truly matters.
You have probably seen our team out in the community without even realizing it.
No experience? No problem.
We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily routines and activities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meals, hygiene, and mobility
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Participate in outings, recreation, and social activities

- Ability to meet DHS background requirements
- Valid driver’s license
