What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care and wellness assessments
- Train and certify staff in medication administration (we pay for your Nurse-Trainer certification)
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Monitor health conditions and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation
- Participate in on-call support (phone/text only)
What You Bring
- Active Illinois RN license
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A passion for helping others live meaningful lives
- Willingness to become an IDHS Nurse-Trainer (we will guide you)
- Valid driver’s license
