Receives, tracks and monitors all requests for payments to physicians; verifies request against contract

requirements to ensure compliance; ensures accurate and timely processing of payments.
Handle document requests from the Common Spirit compliance department related to physician transactions -
(e.g. physician contracts and payments) for auditing and compliance purposes.
Assists in the preparation of new legal service requests (eLSR's) for contracts. Completes on-line contract -
requests and includes all necessary information to develop the contract.
Assist with monitoring the expiration of contracts and insure that contract changes are considered in a timely -
manner prior to expiration.
Works to ensure compliance with existing contracts and develops processes to ensure continued compliance. -
Maintains electronic and hard copy files relating to contracts. Organizes and standardizes formats for files.
Assist with maintaining an effective system for tracking and monitoring physician contract expiration dates for -
all contracts and related documents; assist with maintaining an effective process for requesting renewal
contracts prior to expiration dates.
Job Requirements
Required
- High School Graduate General Studies and At least 2 years’experience in working with legal documents and/or leases., upon hire
- Experience in working across departmental lines
Preferred
- Some college, upon hire
