- Receives, tracks and monitors all requests for payments to physicians; verifies request against contract
- Handle document requests from the Common Spirit compliance department related to physician transactions
- Assists in the preparation of new legal service requests (eLSR's) for contracts. Completes on-line contract
- Assist with monitoring the expiration of contracts and insure that contract changes are considered in a timely
- Works to ensure compliance with existing contracts and develops processes to ensure continued compliance.
- Assist with maintaining an effective system for tracking and monitoring physician contract expiration dates for
contracts prior to expiration dates.

- High School Graduate General Studies and At least 2 years’experience in working with legal documents and/or leases., upon hire
- Experience in working across departmental lines
- Some college, upon hire
