Toyota on Nicholasville is seeking a full-time Automotive Billing Clerk with excellent customer service skills to work from our main accounting office located in Nicholasville, KY. The Billing Clerk is responsible for managing and processing the sales deals in an accurate and timely manner. Sales deals include purchases in all new Toyota and Lexus vehicles, and all paperwork for dealer trades.

Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership experience in any of the following areas: Dealership accounting, finance, contracts, or deal posting is required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker
- Excellent customer service skills and be good at interacting with people
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department.
- Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
- Post vehicle sales and purchases.
- Register extended service policy contracts.
- Review inventory and warranty schedules.
- Audit retail deals for accuracy and proper processing
- Post and reconcile manufacturer payments
- Cross-trains others to handle daily responsibilities
