What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines
• Provide clear communication and updates throughout the service process
• Present and explain repair estimates, including upsells when appropriate
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (Kia experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-minded with a focus on providing value to the customer
• Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK, Xtime, etc.) is a plus
• Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
