Summary:

Serves as a front-line cashier representative for the parts and service departments. Assists with making sure phone calls are handled in a prompt, polite and professional manner from beginning to end.  Exceeds guests’ expectations by providing outstanding customer service. Also assists with other clerical duties for the parts and service departments, such as scanning, data entry, etc.

  1 Saturday per month (8:00-4:00 shift)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Receive customer payments, generate receipts, and perform cashier closeout
• 
  Deliver excellent customer service at the register
• 
  Takes cash, check, and credit payments from dealership guests for sales, service, and parts.
• 
  Communicate with guests and dealership personnel in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• 
  Enters receipts and closing out service work orders into appropriate computer system(s).
• 
  Assists with inbound phone calls, and helping guests make service appointments.
• 
  Manage, maintain, and secure the sales drawer.
• 
  Complete daily reports as required.
• 
  Maintain a professional appearance and neat/organized work area.
• 
  Comply with Cash Reporting and Money Laundering Regulations.
• 
  Complete all other duties assigned by the Concierge Manager, Sales Management, and Service Management.

  Ability to communicate articulately and friendly.

  Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  Ability to use a variety of office and computer data programs, and willingness to learn new programs if needed.
• 
  Ability to multi-task, and efficiently completely daily tasks.
• 
  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• 
  Must be detail oriented through all daily processes.

Automotive and or previous cashiering/accounting related experience preferred, but not required.

Salary : $15
