What You Will Do
- Build lasting guest relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Use a consultative approach by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending the right Lexus
- Learn Lexus models, features, and technology to serve as a knowledgeable product resource
- Deliver professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Maintain consistent follow-up to support guest satisfaction and move opportunities forward
- Address questions, overcome objections, and close deals with professionalism and integrity
- Partner with leadership on daily activity, goals, and ongoing development
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive not required)
- Strong communication skills and a service-focused mindset
- Professional appearance and positive, coachable attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or relationship-based sales
- Comfortable working toward goals in a structured, team-oriented environment
