What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler position at Manufacturing Concepts?
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components, wiring, connectors, and circuit assemblies according to diagrams and work instructions.
- Perform precision soldering on wires, PCBs, terminals, and small electronic components.
- Inspect parts for accuracy, proper assembly, and quality standards.
- Strip, crimp, and terminate wires using proper tools and techniques.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely.
- Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Document completed work and report any issues to lead/supervisor.
- Work with small parts in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of electrical assembly or similar experience required.
- Strong soldering skills (through-hole or surface-mount experience a plus).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with strong work ethic.
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
