What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumber/Electrician Apprentice position at Manufacturing Concepts?
We are hiring a Plumber / Electrician Apprentice for a 1st shift position working inside a manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic electrical, plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience who wants to develop their skills in a clean, indoor manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
- Bend and install electrical conduit
- Cut, thread, and install piping
- Pull and route electrical wire
- Mount electrical boxes, brackets, and components
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly
- Measure, cut, and fit conduit and piping
- Use hand and power tools including drills, saws, pipe threaders, and conduit benders
- Read basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions
- Work with experienced electricians, plumbers, and assemblers
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous electrical, plumbing, construction, maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred
- Experience bending conduit and/or working with piping is a strong plus
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic understanding of electrical or plumbing systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with a willingness to learn

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
