We are hiring dependable Machine Operators / Packers for direct-hire opportunities with a growing manufacturing company.
Pay: $18–$19/hour
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift
Employment: Direct Hire – start as a permanent employee!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Pack and prepare finished products
- Perform basic visual quality inspections
- Keep machines supplied with materials
- Follow production and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing, machine operating, production, or packing experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment
- Able to stand for the majority of the shift
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities
