The Details

  • Location: Albany, WI 53502
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
  • Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will wear many hats. You’ll be the face of the office and the backbone of our administrative operations. Your daily impact will include:

  • Financial Management: Taking full ownership of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure our finances are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Executive Support: Managing the owner’s calendar, scheduling vital meetings, and ensuring they are prepared for the day ahead.
  • Communication Hub: Being the first point of contact via phone and email, providing professional and friendly service to clients and partners.
  • Workflow Optimization: Using our proprietary operating system to manage data and projects (don't worry—we provide full, comprehensive training on this!).
  • Office Oversight: Maintaining supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the office environment is productive and welcoming.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The "Numbers" Mindset: Proven experience managing AP/AR and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Organization Mastery: You don't just "manage" a calendar; you optimize it. You’re always two steps ahead.
  • Tech Savviness: While we use a custom system, you should be comfortable learning new software quickly and proficient in standard office tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Professionalism: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and can handle sensitive information with total discretion.
  • Local or Ready to Move: You’re either already in the Albany area or looking to relocate to our charming community (with our help!).
