We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced RF, analog, and mixed-signal electronics within a high-performance engineering environment. This role will focus heavily on high-speed RF and analog circuit design, multi-layer PCB development, and complex signal chain integration supporting next-generation communications and optical interface technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-density, multi-layer PCBAs for advanced RF and mixed-signal applications.
- Design and implement complex analog and RF circuitry
- Develop designs supporting frequencies up to 10 GHz and beyond, including high-speed gigabit and optical interface applications.
- Drive circuit design activities involving: High-speed DACs/ADCs, Control loops, Mixed-signal integration, Power and signal integrity optimization
- Perform schematic capture, BOM generation, simulation, and electrical analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support small-team project execution.
Preferred Experience
- High-speed mixed-signal design
- Multi-layer PCB design and layout oversight
- Signal integrity, noise, jitter, crosstalk, EMI, and thermal management
- High-speed DAC/ADC integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 15 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Deep expertise in RF, analog, and mixed-signal electronics design.
- Proven experience designing high-density multi-layer PCBAs in high-speed environments.
- RF fundamentals, Circuit theory, Signal integrity
- High-speed digital and analog interfaces
- EMI/EMC mitigation
- Experience using schematic capture and PCB design tools such as: Altium, OrCAD, PADS, Xpedition
Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
