MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Subcontracts Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

- Plans and directs the work of subcontracting departments and monitors the status of open subcontracts to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement organizational policies for subcontractor evaluation and negotiate complex terms for the acquisition of mission-critical materials.
- Supervise the preparation of procurement reports and ensure that all purchasing activities adhere to federal safety and quality standards.
- Manages the execution of subcontract expediting and procurement tasks for special operations facilities within the Pacific AOR.
- Evaluate regional procurement status reports to prioritize resource allocation and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
- Lead the coordination of local vendors and logistics teams to resolve performance issues affecting theater operations.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
- 10 years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical subcontracting protocols.
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a related field.
- Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or USACE procurement.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD delivery and security protocols.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
