MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Personnel Resource Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

- Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day analysis of personnel resource data to support efficient organizational operations.
- Prepare personnel coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of manning levels, and verify that all Resource Reports meet established SOPs.
- Monitor personnel consumption metrics and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the accurate tracking of staff rotations and assignments.
- Drafts and maintains personnel resource coordination documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific.
- Prepare manning artifacts for senior review and monitor the status of ongoing personnel actions at regional mission-support sites.
- Assist in identifying resource gaps and recommend priority personnel allocations to sustain theater readiness.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- 3 years of position-relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical personnel documentation and follow established SOPs.
- 7 years of position-relevant experience.
- Professional certification in HR or Management or a related field.
- Experience using automated personnel management systems or specialized manpower databases.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
