- Support the development of site planning graphics, including 2D and 3D density studies and site test fits.
- Assist in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint and other visualization tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design solutions meet project goals and market realities.
- Conduct site assessments, zoning analysis, and support entitlement processes nationwide.
- Engage with stakeholders and clients to communicate project progress and gather feedback effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in architecture or urban planning, excluding interiors.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, SketchUp, or AutoCAD for graphic and site layout development.
- Strong understanding of master planning, infrastructure design, and zoning procedures.
- Availability to travel as needed and support projects across various locations.
