- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience
- Experience with fabrication, assembly, and automated processes
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
- Ability to analyze data and solve complex manufacturing problems
