Shift: 1st shift Mon – Fri, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Requirements: BA Degree & 3 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering within a production environment and automation.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s team in Danville, KY. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving manufacturing efficiency, driving consistency, and leading solutions for complex supply chain and production challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers while delivering impactful, high-visibility results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives related to fabrication and assembly processes to enhance production performance
- Support capital acquisition projects, including equipment selection and implementation
- Drive automation and digital factory initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Identify, plan, and execute strategic manufacturing and productivity projects
- Interpret and apply product specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Review production output and coach teams on continuous improvement practices
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Oversee project planning and execution to meet timelines and business goals
- Manage resources effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Support organic growth through productivity improvements and factory optimization
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing engineering within a production environment
- Strong knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes
- Experience with automation, digital manufacturing, and process optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept through execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
