What's the Job?
- Lead daily field production control and coordinate active work spaces, manpower movement, and short-interval execution across the site.
- Transform look-ahead plans into real daily production by ensuring crews, tools, materials, and access are aligned at the work space.
- Create visible field order, momentum, and discipline across active areas without waiting for meetings to resolve field issues.
- Maintain seamless movement of self-perform labor and subcontractors, avoiding rework and ensuring schedule adherence.
- Provide division leaders with reliable daily updates on blockers, progress, and crew performance to facilitate proactive recovery actions.
- Strong command of schedule-driven construction execution with a focus on urgency and discipline.
- Experience leading both self-perform work and subcontracted scopes, including planning, coordination, and issue escalation.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-visibility, mission-critical environments where mistakes are quickly identified.
- Deep field leadership credibility, with the ability to read a work space, challenge weak planning, and keep crews productive.
- Excellent subcontractor management skills, including enforcing manpower, sequence control, and quality standards.
