- Design, optimize, and implement operational processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and automation
- Develop and prioritize technical operations roadmaps to enhance existing processes and enable new capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally on problem definition, technical design, and solution implementation
- Analyze data to drive decision-making, identify risks, and resolve operational issues or escalations
- Design automated workflows to reduce manual effort and support product or market expansions
- 0–5 years of experience in operations, technology, or process improvement (level dependent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data for decision making
- Experience supporting technical teams, engineers, or operations stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with process optimization, automation, and systems thinking
