Site Manager

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operational excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Pay Range: $34 to $36

What's the Job?

• Lead and oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Delegate work orders to technicians and engineers, managing vendor compliance and performance.
• Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality standards and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop strategic plans for operations and maintenance.
• Manage third-party contractors and support bid and contract processes for maintenance and projects.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Minimum of five to eight years of Facilities Management experience.
• Strong technical background in industrial settings and familiarity with building systems.
• Experience managing facilities teams and 24/7 operations in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent client relationship management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
