What's the Job?
- Conduct root cause analysis on failures, identify solutions, and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in Tech and Design Reviews of existing and new product introductions (NPI).
- Evaluate and procure new equipment, and perform product and process validations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Provide technical support to customers on design and manufacturability issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with NPI processes and familiarity with contract manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specification sheets proficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
