What’s the Job?
- Coordinate construction projects by developing detailed execution plans and ensuring alignment across technical, scheduling, and field activities
- Conduct field inspections to verify installed work aligns with drawings, submittals, and quality requirements
- Review and evaluate project documentation including submittals, RFIs, schedules, and contractor deliverables
- Present project updates, findings, and risk assessments in meetings with stakeholders and project teams
- Support planning and feasibility assessments by analyzing resource needs, technical requirements, and construction execution risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience in construction management or related field execution roles
- Strong background in construction field execution, QA/QC oversight, and inspection processes
- Experience with project controls including scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management
- PMP or PMI certification preferred; proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and related tools
