What's the Job?
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership across manufacturing and technical operations within a high-mix EMS environment.
- Drive operational excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) metrics to ensure scalable processes and optimized asset utilization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product design for manufacturability and support new product introductions (NPI).
- Oversee production planning, capacity modeling, and equipment effectiveness to maximize throughput and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- 8-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience within the EMS industry.
- Deep understanding of high-mix EMS manufacturing processes including SMT, through-hole, test, and box build operations.
- Expertise in production planning systems, capacity modeling, and ERP/MRP tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
