- Lead technical project management efforts for power generation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate engineering activities and resolve critical technical issues across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review contract documentation, communicate project scope, and manage scope changes through formal change management processes.
- Provide regular updates to upper management on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering, design engineering, or field engineering.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10-15% as required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment.
