Leasing Consultant

Our client, a leader in the real estate industry, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be part of the Property Management Department supporting leasing operations and client relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Review and abstract lease documents, ensuring all information is current and accurately maintained in our systems.
• Manage document storage, scanning, and distribution to ensure proper document control and retrieval.
• Verify client invoices against lease requirements, gather supporting documentation, and confirm accuracy of calculations.
• Conduct desktop audits of CAM, Insurance, and Tax reconciliations, analyzing charges for correctness and resolving discrepancies with landlords.
• Oversee and manage subtenant processes, including rent collection, invoice pass-through, and year-end reconciliations.

• Experience with lease management and financial reconciliation processes.
