- Review and abstract lease documents, ensuring all information is current and accurately maintained in our systems.
- Manage document storage, scanning, and distribution to ensure proper document control and retrieval.
- Verify client invoices against lease requirements, gather supporting documentation, and confirm accuracy of calculations.
- Conduct desktop audits of CAM, Insurance, and Tax reconciliations, analyzing charges for correctness and resolving discrepancies with landlords.
- Oversee and manage subtenant processes, including rent collection, invoice pass-through, and year-end reconciliations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with lease management and financial reconciliation processes.
- Ability to interpret lease documents and resolve disputes professionally.
