Job Title: Sr Electrical Engineer

What's the Job?
- Own and manage the plant’s high voltage power distribution system and low voltage process control systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance electricians and production operators to implement continuous improvement initiatives and educational programs.
- Oversee and execute expansion projects, including designing electrical systems, schematics, and layouts for new and upgraded equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for electrical malfunctions, perform diagnostic testing, and provide technical expertise to minimize downtime.
- Design and maintain automation and control systems such as PLCs and SCADA systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and safety.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience working as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment.
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience, with the ability to manage operations technology personnel.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems, including PLCs and DCS.
- Strong understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance practices.
