What’s the Job?
- Support execution of capital projects including planning, layout reviews, and implementation
- Develop and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD
- Coordinate activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Participate in site walks, equipment layout planning, and installations
- Track, document, and report project progress to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or related)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of plant infrastructure systems (MEP)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Hands-on experience supporting capital projects in a plant environment
- Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Exposure to large-scale infrastructure and project execution
- Build practical experience in AutoCAD and project coordination
