Job Title: Product Development Technician

What’s the Job?
- Prepare batches of polyamide hot melt adhesives and polyurethane adhesives under the guidance of scientists
- Perform laboratory testing on adhesive materials
- Collect, document, and organize experimental data
- Analyze test results and present findings to scientists and R&D teams
- Follow established procedures and support ongoing product development projects
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and laboratory procedures
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Basic laboratory or technical experience preferred (training will be provided)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Competitive pay rate of $25/hour
