- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure sourcing alignment
- Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers; lead contract negotiations and relationship management
- Implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor market dynamics and industry trends to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
- Demonstrated success in driving cost savings and improving supplier performance
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence change
