What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
- Monitor equipment readings, calibrate systems, and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, proper storage, and disposal of hazardous materials, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Oversee the quality and cost of work performed by external contractors, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 10 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel.
