Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay Range: $31-$35/hr
What’s the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems and associated equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment ranging from 5-50 tons.
- Perform facility inspections and identify conditions that may impact building operations or client occupancy.
- Update work orders in real time and document completed maintenance using CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
- Minimum of 4 years of building engineering or facilities maintenance experience with a strong commercial HVAC/R background.
- Universal EPA/CFC certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
- Hands-on experience with commercial HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- High school diploma or GED and a valid state driver's license.
- Ability to travel between assigned sites and be available for on-call work as needed.
- Competitive pay of $31-$35/hr.
