- Create and edit technical documentation such as operating instructions, manuals, and appendices
- Organize content to meet standards for clarity, conciseness, and consistency
- Maintain documentation records, files, and revision history
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and specifications
- Ensure accuracy and usability of content for a technical audience
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in technical writing or documentation
- Experience creating content for a technical audience
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic programming or technical concepts
