What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility systems equipment including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal energy efficiency and safety of building systems.
- Diagnose complex system issues using Building Automation Systems, blueprints, schematics, and other technical tools.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Support additional responsibilities and adapt to flexible scheduling based on business needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance within a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
- Journeyman level expertise in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing systems.
- Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs.
- High School diploma or GED, with two years of trades schooling in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC.
- Proficiency with CMMS, PM software, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
