What's the Job?
- Collaborate with the Regional Facilities Manager to develop and implement the strategic vision for the facilities team.
- Oversee daily operations, including work order delegation, vendor compliance, and site inspections to ensure high-quality building services.
- Manage third-party contractors and vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and client expectations.
- Assist in developing and managing budgets, including cost savings initiatives and capital improvement projects.
- Maintain safety standards, conduct incident investigations, and promote a safety-first culture across all sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Five to eight years of Facilities Management experience, with a strong technical background.
- Experience managing facilities teams and 24/7 operations in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative management style.
