Facilities Manager

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the seamless functioning and maintenance of client properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with the Regional Facilities Manager to develop and implement the strategic vision for the facilities team.
• Oversee daily operations, including work order delegation, vendor compliance, and site inspections to ensure high-quality building services.
• Manage third-party contractors and vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and client expectations.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets, including cost savings initiatives and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct incident investigations, and promote a safety-first culture across all sites.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Five to eight years of Facilities Management experience, with a strong technical background.
• Experience managing facilities teams and 24/7 operations in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative management style.
