What's the Job?
- Perform preventative maintenance and site monitoring for critical infrastructure systems.
- Conduct engineering rounds and site inspections, checking and recording operational data.
- Coordinate with JLL engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Operate and maintain pumps, fire systems, HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression systems.
- Support 24/7 data center operations by working flexible shifts, including day, second, and third shifts.
- 5-7 years of experience in mission-critical environments or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression systems.
- Prior military or technical school training is preferred.
- Electrical or mechanical license is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
