What's the Job?
- Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
- Lead operations, assign work orders, and provide technical and procedural training to team members and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule preventive maintenance during optimal times to minimize business disruption.
- Inspect and ensure the proper operation of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and more.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring safety and operational continuity.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-use facilities.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional certifications such as EPA 608 are required.
- Ability to adhere to rigorous safety policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting heavy loads.
