What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Ensure building systems operate efficiently and comply with all relevant codes and safety standards.
- Assist with implementing preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan.
- Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Provide emergency repairs and support to maintain continuous building operations.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Valid CA Journeyman's card for electrical work and EPA 608 License preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs or more, and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders.
- Strong judgment skills and the ability to analyze multiple sources of information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
