Job Title: Training Analyst (Learning Management Systems)
Location: Oceanside, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $40.60
Duration: 90 days, with potential extension
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Analyst to support the Training Department with Learning Management System (LMS) operations and administrative functions. This role will play a key part in maintaining training data, supporting course assignments, and ensuring accurate tracking of employee learning activities. There is potential for extension to support additional Blackboard-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain LMS data entries and records
- Assign and track employee training and coursework within the system
- Clean up and organize course assignments and training records
- Modify and maintain training data and system accuracy
- Monitor completion of assigned training tasks and follow up as needed
- Run, analyze, and present training reports
- Provide general support for classroom and learning systems
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Blackboard
- Strong data entry and system management experience
- Ability to track, monitor, and report on training activities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present reports
