Marketing Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, sales, business development, and leadership. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and mentorship from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Represent client brands professionally in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on marketing, leadership, communication, and business development.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
