Communications Specialist

Manhattan Promotions is a rapidly growing sales and marketing firm representing nationally recognized brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and community outreach initiatives. We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Communications Specialist to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or individuals looking to develop professional skills in communications, marketing, customer relations, and business management. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of communication between clients, customers, and the community.
• Represent client brands professionally and positively at promotional events and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, customer outreach, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives and performance goals.
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, leadership, marketing, and professional development.
• Support event coordination and campaign execution when needed.
