General understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
Basic knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
Ability to use standard business software and specialized purchasing/material systems (e.g., EDI, MRP).
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to research and analyze data, develop recommendations, and solve problems using prior decisions and internal information.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, managing priorities and order of assignments.
