Pay Rate: $40–$43 per hour (W2)

Shift: 12-Hour Rotational Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Job Overview
Hiring an experienced Maintenance Crew Leader / Maintenance Supervisor to support operations at its manufacturing facility in Alcoa, Tennessee. This role leads electrical and mechanical maintenance teams, provides hands-on troubleshooting, and ensures safe, efficient operation of industrial equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
This is a night-shift role with rotational scheduling. Training will take place on day shift.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Rotation:
- 2 days on / 2 days off
- 5 days on / 5 days off
- Overtime and on-call support may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead mechanical, electrical, and production maintenance personnel
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment
- Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance to minimize downtime
- Serve as a technical resource for maintenance and manufacturing teams
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety (EH&S), quality, and company policies
- Provide on-call support for critical maintenance issues
- Assist with training and development of maintenance staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
- Proven supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical systems)
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts
Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48.0 per week
