At The Greenleigh, our people are at the heart of everything we do. The People and Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the team member experience by assisting with daily People and Culture operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and administrative support.
This role helps bring Makeready’s culture to life by ensuring a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for all team members while supporting property leadership and the People and Culture team.
Requested Tasks:
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, scheduling candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new team members
- Maintain accurate team member records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policie
- Assist with processing new hires, status changes, and terminations in HR system
- Support payroll coordination and timekeeping processes as neede
- Serve as a point of contact for team member questions related to People Culture processes and policie
- Assist in coordinating team member engagement initiatives, events, and recognition program
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulation
- Support training coordination and development initiative
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and People Culture materials
Requested Capabilities:
- Prior experience in Human Resources, People Culture, or administrative support preferre
- Experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
